The front desk and concierge were very helpful and courteous, giving plenty of advice on Queenstown’s sights, nightlife, and public transport, all within walking distance, which I think is a fantastic location. The room featured a well‑stocked bar and adequate amenities, especially the bath with towel dryer and floor heating that made it very comfortable. The breakfast buffet’s chef‑made dishes were delicious, and the presentation of honey straight from the hive was enjoyable. However, housekeeping was not professional enough, with insufficient towel replenishment and incomplete cleaning. Being on a low floor facing the street, the noise from the sports bar’s drunken patrons was noticeable.
