Everything was flawless and well organized, with staff always available and attentive. The Riad’s kitchen was fantastic thanks to Atimad! The location is ideal and convenient. The only drawback is the bell that rings whenever guests return at any hour.

The location is excellent, close to the city streets but away from the bustle. Breakfast is served directly by the staff, with good and varied products each day. The room is welcoming and clean.

Our room was spacious, lovely, and comfortable, featuring high ceilings and charming traditional details, and we had everything we needed. The Riad sits in a great part of Marrakech, in the old medina but tucked down a small side alley. The dipping pool was a nice touch after a long, hot day exploring the souks. Breakfast is mediocre but acceptable. Ayoub and Youssef, the managers, were friendly and very sweet. One morning, when we went on a day trip to Ourika Valley, they gave us a packed breakfast, which was very kind. The breakfast isn’t great, with store‑bought orange juice and mostly sugar and carbs. The showerhead in our room was broken, spraying everywhere and fluctuating between hot and cold, but it was manageable.

I liked the welcome, cleanliness, breakfast, and the spacious rooms (even though there are few windows, the Riad’s layout has few windows). The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, and Ayoub deserves special mention for being so considerate and available—something not to be taken for granted. Overall, the entire staff is praised for being super efficient and helpful. The location has pros and cons: it’s in the heart of the Medina, which is a big plus, but the Medina is very labyrinthine and not taxi‑friendly, so you need two days just to get oriented. Still, the staff were very helpful, picking us up from the taxi drop‑off point (since we arrived at night) and even accompanying us to the taxi stop for an early‑morning excursion at 5 am. Another note is the room odors, which aren’t due to lack of cleanliness but rather the scent of the carpets and leather sofas, which we Italians are not used to.
