Everything was excellent.

The parking spot for disabled guests was about 100 m from the hotel, which was a real inconvenience rather than a convenience. Check‑in dragged on for far too long. The restaurant was very open and utterly lacking in intimacy, so there was no sense of privacy while eating. The Aperol I ordered was clearly watered down and below acceptable quality. In the room the temperature control panel didn’t work, so I couldn’t set the heat myself. The bathroom radiator was off and couldn’t be turned on, leaving the bathroom cold. I also confirm earlier comments about the noise from organized parties. If someone is looking for peace and sleep, they should seriously reconsider. It’s hard to offer relaxation while hosting loud events. The hotel never bothered to respond to my complaint, which only shows how petty the owner is. This was my first and last stay. In the area there are no problem finding places that offer a clearly higher level of comfort and conditions conducive to real rest.

The spa, good restaurant, breakfast included, rooms, and style were all top quality.

The entire hotel and its surroundings were great, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were very pretty. I liked everything.

The location is pleasant, the hotel itself is new, clean, and well maintained. The food is very high quality—both breakfast and the a la carte restaurant. The spa area is nice with an interesting massage menu, and the staff are sweet and helpful. I’ll definitely come back. I have no negative comments at all—having traveled a lot, this hotel really stood out positively among other places I’ve stayed.
