They cancelled my reservation at another hotel and redirected me here, but I didn’t trust it and couldn’t stay. The risk of being scammed is high, and you can find a half‑price hotel elsewhere.

The staff at this hotel really made my stay special - the reception team took the time to explain all the facilities and rooms, and I was particularly impressed by a guy who went out of his way to be friendly and helpful. I also had a great conversation with a Marathi-speaking staff member who helped me with directions and other queries over the phone.
