The location was convenient and close to many places, but the room had cigarette burns on the furniture, there was no check‑in attendant at the counter, the housekeeping never appeared to clean the rooms, and no one answered the phone for guest services—overall a terrible experience.

I fell in love with the moody ambiance of this hotel, which was perfect for a romantic escape. The vibe was really captivating, and I enjoyed the unique atmosphere. Unfortunately, I don't have any negative comments to share, as everything met my expectations. Overall, it was an excellent choice for a couple's getaway.

I had a frustrating experience at this hotel despite its nice property. I had booked a room at $516 per night last year, but when I arrived, the management claimed they had no record of my reservation. Even after forwarding my confirmation, they refused to honor the rate, citing a pricing error, and instead quoted an outrageous $4000 per night, forcing me to scramble for alternative accommodations. The management's behavior was appalling, to say the least.
