The location was great, but the front desk didn’t give us much information.

The bedroom was huge, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was large with a showerhead I loved; I appreciated the courtesy note when I put a “do not disturb” sign and housekeeping tried to come but couldn’t enter. When housekeeping finally entered my room, they didn’t replace the floor mat, but otherwise everything was fine.

The location was excellent, but the elevator was a nightmare: it took forever, the same people were waiting, and one guest asked where the stairs were. We finally found the stairs on the 14th floor, but it took an hour to get to our rooms because the elevator was always full and we had to use the service elevator, which kept stopping on floors. It was our first time there, and we also had to pay $25.00 for breakfast, but aside from that, the stay was overall beautiful and I would stay again.

The hotel was super clean, in a great spot, and right in the middle of downtown Cincy.
