We never got an email saying the place was unavailable—just a missed message. When we arrived, other guests were already in the room. I asked the owner for a refund but still no response. I couldn’t stay at all!

We never got an email confirming that our booking had been cancelled by the owner; we only saw a message on booking.vom which we missed. All other confirmation and payment communication came via mail. There were other guests in the place when we arrived. We asked the owner for a refund but have not heard back yet. We were not available to us.

I felt tricked. I booked and paid for a stay at Airport Hotel & Apartments, where I’d been happy before. They couldn’t locate me in their system, and after a lot of back‑and‑forth I learned the payment had gone somewhere else. I tried calling Rooms 15, but the number was inactive. I spent half an hour trying to get an alternative number and direct contact—all in vain. Eventually I had to go to the nearest hotel, Clarion, and got a room there. The reception said this had happened to other guests who booked like me. I want my money back—please check if this is fraud or what’s going on.

The owner was very kind and, despite our rushed arrival, welcomed us warmly and prepared our room right away. The place was very clean and the décor beautiful.
