The property is 7 minutes from La Spezia’s central station, convenient for visiting the Five Towns. The environment is clean, well‑kept, and recently refurbished. The small kitchen in the room is handy, and the balcony is great for breakfast. Ana, the owner, is very available, present, and efficient. Nothing to complain about.
