The location is beautiful and everything was thought of. The beds are top quality – you can sleep well here! The host and hostess were very helpful, especially when our car broke down. The ANWB only offered limited help despite the full European package; they directed us to a local garage and arranged a taxi ride of almost two hours to our replacement car. It’s best to handle that in a village. Everything was considered to serve us, and we even extended our stay because we couldn’t leave. The umbrellas by the pool have had their best time.

How to not fall under the spell of this magnificent estate that is an old forge and a former priory. Everything comes together to let us taste the beauty of this place outside of time… everything is calm and voluptuous. Between the pool, the garden, the old buildings, the stones, the SOURCES, the forest walks, the animals, the colours, and the smells, everything is conducive to lounging in a sun lounger in this garden. Pure bliss. Impeccable welcome from our two hosts who share the beauty of this place.
