The location was solid, and the staff were lovely and helpful. However, the walking paths were thin, and I could hear the neighbors in the adjacent room coughing, snoring, talking, and so on; the pillows were so soft they flattened completely and were unsupportive at night, leaving me with a sore neck.

The location was excellent, the facilities were good, and the staff were very nice and friendly. Shopping was a delight at the attached mall and the surrounding area. Nothing else stands out.

受付スタッフの対応が丁寧だった。 専属のマッサージサービスがあるのも良いと思った。（予約は当日分のみで、翌日以降の予約ができないのが少し残念だった） 部屋を変えて欲しいという要望にも迅速に対応してもらえた。. 防音性が低く、近隣の部屋のドタドタ、ドンという足音や物音が1日中響いていた。部屋の中で落ち着いて休むことができず、寝る時もイヤホンが必要なほどだった。 空調の温度調整が部屋ごとにできないのも不便に感じた。

The hotel is great, well‑situated in the neighborhood, and part of a large shopping center with restaurants—an added bonus in the evenings. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Tokyo. No issues.
