The room was filthy—towels were dirty and the tub was grimy. I had to buy clean towels and a sheet to cover the bed; it was awful.

The location was great, and the pool was very peaceful and quiet. I was disappointed to find hair in the tub and sink when we arrived; we just set our bags down and looked around, and the first thing we saw was hair in the sink and bathtub.
