“Nice stay at Muskoka Bay Resort”
My wife and I stayed 3 nights and overall the experience was good. The location was great and we were lucky to see the last of the fall colors! The room itself was decent with plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay and a great view from the large balcony. The front‑desk lady at check‑in was less enthusiastic and only engaged if we initiated niceties. We also interacted with Curtis at the front desk, who was engaging and professional throughout our stay! The room keys stopped working on day 2, so we had to get new ones. The room (and parts of the hotel interior) are showing some wear and tear—marks and drywall cracks on walls, rippled baseboards in the hallways, etc. I only mention this because the property is described as luxury, which, although nice, I wouldn’t call “luxurious.”
