“Not Impressed.”

The room was reasonably clean and comfortable. We were charged $177.00 more for the weekend we stayed than we would have been charged a week later, which seemed excessive given the room shortage in the area. Check‑in was virtual, feeling impersonal and unwelcoming. An unpleasant odor lingered in the room even after housekeeping sprayed Lysol. A pillow was dirty. The desk was wobbly. We arrived for breakfast at 8:40, but there were no sausages, only three pieces of bacon and one omelet, and the breakfast area was messy. No staff were available to address either issue. Overall, it was a disappointing stay; for the price paid, we expected a higher quality experience.

The spot is convenient, though the eateries are a ways off. The building shows its age and could use a refresh, the bathroom tiles feel dirty, and the front desk clerk was hard to follow.

The room was spacious, but for the $173 I paid it smelled like cigarettes, the AC barely cooled, and the toilet was clogged—definitely not worth it this time.

“I would stay again. It was a nice hotel.”

Breakfast was in a decent location and the coffee was hot and tasty, but the eggs were barely warm and the omelets with cheese were cold. Checking in at a kiosk felt odd without a person on site, and I didn’t see any staff until the next morning.
