The room we booked had a door that could not be locked from the outside; it could only be locked from inside, and a large portion of plasterboard was missing from the wall. We had the door lock.

“Ideally located for the Winter Gardens, with all you need for a few nights”

The location is excellent – a 5‑minute walk from the Winter Gardens. The bed linen was clean and the beds comfortable. We had issues with the dock lock, which were fixed immediately. It was perfect for a quick stop between activities. The place could use a refresh, and we struggled with the door lock system.
