“Very pleasant stay overall”
The room was okay but a little worn out, the food was good, and I had to pay to park my car.

Nothing good, everything bad.

Super nice and helpful hostesses with amazing food and nice rooms; a bit far from everything, but that’s not a bad thing.

Nice location, a comfortable bar for evening drinks, good parking, and a good shower. I felt like I was back at school with so many rules—the welcome email was seven pages long with a list of things you must not do; on arrival there were six or seven signs to read full of more instructions, and then the person checking me in ran through a list of other dos and don’ts— I honestly felt like I was checking in for a life sentence! It did not make for a relaxing atmosphere—it was less like a welcome and more like a job interview!

The breakfast! Friendly service. The owner is a very German Scottish guy. We had to wait outside in the rain for 45 minutes instead of being able to leave our motorcycle luggage in the hallway because we were there before the official check‑in. At night you hear a very loud cyclical whine and whistle; even with earplugs you’re woken by it. I suspect it’s the heating.
