How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The building has huge potential and the interiors are striking, with comfortable beds. Free parking is available near the palace and the staff were friendly and helpful. On the downside, both the palace and its surroundings are severely neglected. My room had a broken window pane, and when I tried to lock the bathroom door the handle fell off. The water in the shower smelled so bad that I gave up washing my hair. We received a towel with unwashed blood stains, there was no trash bin, and the number of electrical outlets was insufficient.

I appreciated the building’s history and the staff did everything they could to help. Maintenance was seriously poor, though I understand that keeping up with a place like this can be expensive.

“Bardzo przyjazny hotel. Polecam!”

The hotel is set in a beautiful park setting. The room I slept in was large, spotless, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. The room had a desk where I could spread my laptop, and importantly, there were enough power sockets to plug it in—something not always obvious in hotels. The price was 140,00 zł. I didn’t order breakfast because I don’t eat so early, and the price was a bit steep at 50,00 zł (at least that’s listed). I did have lunch for 49,00 zł and the pork cutlet was superb! I went to the reception to thank the chef. In short, I highly recommend this place.

“Był krótki 6h i wystarczy :)”

The location was good and the palace looked beautiful from the outside, with a charming driveway that didn’t bother me. Cleanliness in the room was an issue: the first room we got was dirty, ants were crawling across the floor carrying chips. We asked for a change and the second room was a bit better, ant‑free. The reservation card listed a completely different room number than the first one we received. There was no TV remote; the manual switch only showed one channel—what a mess. Every knob was different, and the room had a strange odor overall. There was no elevator. It could work for a single night as a makeshift stay, but it’s not ideal.
