The place is exceptional, absolute silence, free parking nearby. The owners are very friendly. Small improvement: the towels are a bit small.

“Lovely welcoming guest house the old town”

The building has been beautifully renovated. The room is spacious, the shower and AC are excellent. There are many common areas, indoors and outdoors. A large shared kitchen/lounge and a smaller kitchen space we had to ourselves, with fridge, bottled water and coffee machine (Sean kindly went out to get us decaf pods!). We ate at three very good restaurants within about 5 min walk (Pelut was the best but Bar California surprisingly served some very original local dishes, and the nearby Indian did not disappoint). Many bars in the surrounding streets, plenty to explore in the old town, and a climb up to the ruined castle is worth it for the views over the town and the sea. Free parking lot around 300 m. The hosts were a highlight, giving us lots of useful advice, showing me the car park and providing umbrellas on a rainy evening! We’ll try to return on our next visit to the area. Nothing else to note.

“Totale relax”

We had a completely relaxing holiday, feeling at ease right from the start thanks to Tony, the owner, who was extremely helpful and attentive to everything we needed. The property was spotless and immaculate in every corner, and Tony also acted as our guide, giving us useful tips on things to do and see around the area, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended; if we ever return to Oliva, we’ll definitely choose this place.

“Recomendo 100%”

The entire accommodation was beautifully decorated and comfortable. I especially liked the entrance hall at night, the ambient music, and the dim lighting that created a very cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was well equipped and extremely useful. Our host, Tony, was super attentive throughout our stay. We recommend it 100%!

“Alojamiento y trato exquisitos.”

The owners Sean & Tony were exceptionally kind, and the house is exquisitely decorated down to the smallest detail (the bathroom towels are scented!). Because of personal reasons I don’t like air conditioning, so when I asked for a fan they provided one. It’s very convenient to have a kitchen, a fridge, and you can make tea or coffee anytime, both in the kitchen and in the room. There was also a small fridge in the room, perfect for keeping water cold, which they also supplied. The lovely house is at the start of the old town. Thank you very much. The air conditioning’s power and temperature were an issue: at 21 degrees outside it was 38 degrees inside. But that’s my problem; the air conditioning makes me feel bad. It just turns up and that’s it. Or, if you ask for a fan, they’ll give you one.
