“Very relaxing, exactly why we went”

The food was excellent in the Brasserie. The turndown service was erratic – it was perfect the first two nights, terrible on the third (the room was virtually untouched, rubbish and washing up were left, nothing was straightened), and mediocre the fourth night. Dinner at the Ponton was disappointing.

Super location. Staff lived up to the 5‑star standard. Breakfast was fabulous. The Royal restaurant/bar was also fabulous. Honestly, nothing to complain about 😁
