The price‑quality ratio is fine. The toilet is clean. Check‑in and check‑out were easy. The host is responsive via message. The bed is a slatted frame with wide screws, it wobbles a lot, feels unstable and could fall, the mattress is old and extremely hard. There’s a lot of laundry noise early in the morning. The TV doesn’t work. The purpose of this stay was just a place to rest at night, but the bed discomfort and the laundry machine noise made that goal a bit difficult.

The location is good. When I arrived, the sheets had stains. I asked for a change. They swapped them, but the new sheets also had stains. I had a terrible stay because they use other units as laundry, even in the kitchen. There were towels on the kitchen floor and those units, and they don’t even care about the guest’s impression. The door to my room was broken and they used a white film to cover it. In short, I don’t recommend it and won’t return.

I stayed at this place last year and noticed no improvements at all; the bedroom door was warped, the balcony entry door had no lock, the balcony blinds were broken, the room was in terrible condition, the bathroom had awful hygiene and needed repairs, and the building itself looked deplorable.
