The staff, especially the owner, were very attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home, and the location is great right next to the lift at Söllereck.
Great location, friendly staff, breakfast was delicious, and overall it was a very successful holiday.
The room size was very good and the location perfect, ideal for hiking; however, the room was never cleaned, the half‑board dinner had reheated food (appetizer and dessert were fine, but the main course was sometimes cold or lukewarm, over‑seasoned and not tasty), we were sent to another hotel for dinner during a local celebration without any compensation (no drink or anything else), breakfast was okay, and the price‑performance didn’t match; we won’t book there again.
The room was spacious and nice, breakfast was very good, and the cable car was included, but parking was tricky.

The spot is wonderful, quiet at night, and a perfect base for hikes and activities; the room was very clean, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied, and the staff were very friendly with excellent service.
