The resort space was impressive.

The common areas were clean, the apartment was spacious, breakfast was good, the hotel restaurant was fine, and the equipment hours were generous (SPA 24/24, pool 9h‑21h, breakfast 7h‑11h). We used Whatsapp for spa, breakfast, and restaurant reservations – very efficient and quick responses. Parking was free in front of the hotel, and a private underground lot was available if needed. Thanks to Helena for her kindness. The SPA required a reservation, which made spontaneous visits harder. The pool water was cold and the sauna was off at 23h, even though it was advertised as 24/24. A hat is mandatory in the SPA. It felt very family‑oriented for a couple on vacation. The outdoor pool water was also very cold. The apartment sofa was dirty. The pool bar was limited, had few snack options, and was pricey for what it offered. Staff service was lacking. Breakfast was booked by time slot; even though we could change times during the stay, flexibility at wake‑up was limited.

Everything was great. We had stayed at Praia do Sal before, and this time we made the most of all the resort’s amenities and services (indoor pool, spa, massage, restaurant, outdoor pool, and pool bar), and it was excellent, nothing to point out. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very complete, and the bed was very comfortable.

Die Poolanlage und der allgemeine Außenbereich sind wirklich sehr schön. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir eine Stunde warten bis wir unsere Zimmer beziehen konnten. Die Sauberkeit war nicht zufriedenstellend (Schmutzige Vorhänge, verstaubte Nachttische und auch im Bad ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig). Die Nachttische neben den Betten waren sehr wacklig, hier musste ich erst die Füße festziehen, damit Standfestigkeit gewährleistet war. Ein Handtuchhaken in der Dusche war abgebrochen, zwei Auflagepuffer der Toilettenbrille haben gefehlt, der Mülleimer im Bad war verrostet, der Tisch auf der Terasse hattte auch Risse. Auch die Bepflanzung der Terasse war nicht schön. Das Bad war insgesamt sehr beengt, die Handtücher hätte ich zuhause auch längst aussortiert. Das Frühstück hatte keine große Abwechslung und hätte hochwertiger sein können

The massage service exceeded my expectations. I liked the hotel’s facilities, especially the size of the room. The restaurant is very pleasant with a varied menu and good price‑quality ratio; the Sevilhanas show was a pleasant surprise. The pool bar was insufficient for the number of guests, and the menu could have been more varied. The SPA facilities need attention, as the jet in the pool and the waterfall do not work.
