Check‑in was simple, the room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the price‑value ratio is good👌. The place is very noisy, a bathroom heater would be useful, the bed is extremely hard, and the mattresses slide apart a lot – very uncomfortable.

Near the highway. The kettle, tea and coffee were in the room. The neighborhood is quiet. Parking is guaranteed. No contact from the owner before arrival, the listed phone didn’t answer. The entrance was shabby. All rooms are on the ground floor, so the room was very cold, no heating, we froze at night. I’m not sure if the linens were fresh. A typical workers’ hotel with its residents, which the owner doesn’t mention in the listing. The price is not justified by the conditions.

The environment is quiet among the family houses, close to the highway and a shopping centre. The room is clean, spacious, and parking and check‑in are easy any time of day or night. It would be great to have a second set of room keys, and a small fridge in the room would make it even better.
