The bicycles were dry under a shelter. The hotel was normal. From a 4‑star hotel I expected a bit more. Two chairs in a room instead of one, so someone always sits on the bed. There were two water bottles without glasses. A kettle with two cups would feel more cozy. I judge the price as 4 stars, but the room didn't feel worth it. And expecting a tip at checkout just doesn't work.

Such a beautiful, clean hotel! The accommodation is also truly dog‑friendly. My husband was allowed in the restaurant with me, which is a rarity in Hungary. The breakfast was five‑star, and the staff were genuinely caring and professional. Veszprem pleasantly surprised us; we’ll definitely visit the city again, and I’ll book this hotel again. TOP! Everything was top.
