How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable, but the lighting inside the rooms was very poor. The common areas were hot, and even the room's air conditioner didn’t cool much. The sink kept clogging. The staff were polite but serious, and the spa was tiny.

The conditions were good, the food varied, and the staff were friendly, but there was no playground or laser zone for kids.

The staff were quick to respond, but there was a noise problem in our room that made it impossible to sleep at night – a continuous engine hum from the wall near the bed. The pool area and surroundings were poorly maintained, too crowded, and there was no cleaning staff.

Overall everything was fine, yet there was a minor repair that was hardly worth mentioning for the stay. The animation program didn’t list meeting points or activities outside the pool, so we had to figure out where they took place. Still, the animators and the program were okay, just one small repair.

The location was close to the city center, the pool was nice, the staff were friendly, and the meals were very generous.
