The hotel's proximity to US Biometric was a major plus, making it super convenient for my needs. I was also really impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the variety of breakfast options available. However, my stay wasn't entirely smooth sailing – the air conditioning remote control was a bit dodgy and needed to be replaced. Still, the good outweighed the bad, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.

This place is a gem if you're in the area for biometrics. The location is super convenient, and the staff were really helpful with any questions I had. The breakfast spread was impressive - they had a great selection of food and were happy to accommodate my dietary needs. Overall, I was really impressed with the service and the food here.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, especially considering the affordable price. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight - they had a great spread of South Indian dishes, along with a few continental options, and everything was hot and fresh. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. It's worth mentioning that they also offer in-room dining until 11 PM, which is a nice touch.

The rooms were a highlight, with clean and comfortable spaces. The bathrooms were also a plus, with modern fixtures and a good supply of towels. However, the housekeeping left a lot to be desired - we specifically asked them to clean our room, but it was still a mess when we got back, with dirty coffee mugs that needed to be replaced.

The hotel's location was a major plus, being just a stone's throw away from the US VAC center. However, our stay was marred by some serious issues - we found cockroaches in our room on the 3rd floor, and the linen sets were incomplete. On the plus side, the staff was very responsive and quickly provided the missing items.
