The room was spacious with a comfy bed, yet no TV worked, there was no dustbin, the bedsheet and blanket were unclean, pillow covers were yellowish, and the hotel charged for a water bottle that should have been complimentary.

I booked a room but was denied check‑in because the hotel claimed the booking was cancelled, even though I had a confirmed reservation; they offered the same room to other guests offline at triple the price, which feels like fraud and unethical behavior—I’ll file a complaint with the Consumer Forum and would not recommend this place.

I received stained laundry and the room was not cleaned; the rooms were very dirty, the laundry was stained and smelled bad, and the service was terrible.

There is nothing to like. Becouse the hotel management is chiter. We booked the hotel by . When we reached there they told us your booking is cancel. Why? Becouse my early booking in Rs. 4,000/- (Aprox) for two night 15 Aug.2025 to 17 Aug. 2025. It was Festival & Weekend time. They cancel my booking and give this room to other in Rs 8,000 to 10,000 per night. And they offer me they have wacant room in other hotel but you have to pay Rs. 6,000/- per night. And I had paid it and they give us room in hotel "Pandva Inn" So never trust and the hotel Townhouse Oak Pachamarhi Lake. There is nothing to like. Becouse the hotel management is chiter.
