“The overall effect experienced is very disappointed”
Even though the hotel itself was uncomfortable, I liked the overall setting and the idea of prearranged transport, which made planning easier. Yet the transport arrangements were disappointing: I paid for a car with a driver for my use, but the staff seemed to use the vehicle to shuttle their own family to the same sights I wanted to visit, as if it were a personal charter. I was also asked to pay for their meals and entrance tickets at the attractions we visited, expenses I had not agreed to cover, making me feel I was paying for unrelated costs. I hope management looks into this so future guests receive the service they booked without extra, unauthorized charges.
