Kelsey was incredibly kind and sweet: very approachable and welcoming. I went out with her and a group on my first night, and it was fun! Angel was also really kind and helpful. The showers and bathrooms were clean. I was able to get good rest throughout my stay, and the vegetarian dinners were a nice touch. The initial check-in wasn’t as welcoming as I expected or as the reviews suggested. I wasn’t too fond of the area, and in hindsight I should have booked just 2 nights. I tried to check out early and got the runaround, and only got back to me after I’d left. Lesson learned! Still, I made the best of my stay and had a great time in Barcelona, though I personally wouldn’t stay here again

Luisa welcomed me and made everything very comfortable from check‑in to check‑out. I stayed for 5 days, the energy was amazing, and not to forget the community dinner prepared by the volunteers was delicious. The drinking games after dinner were full of fun, and not to forget the pub crawling and the club. The location was pretty good as walk and metro stations are nearby. Overall, an fantastic stay, highly recommended.

“Increíble”

Me gusto mucho la vibra del lugar gracias a su staff, una muy buena recepción (Manon, Luisa, Angel, Will), y voluntarios para dirigir las salidas y para mostrar los mejores lugares de Barcelona (Ric, Calsey, Briana). Y encontré un lugar muy limpio también. El ruido de las puertas de las habitaciones, y un refrigerador muy pequeño
