Very flexible with arrival. Warm welcome. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Because we were the only guests, the hot water was turned on just for us, unfortunately a bit late. The building has a very distinct smell that we found musty and unpleasant. The room was definitely not dirty, nor was the hallway, but it simply smelled bad.
