The view was beautiful, the vibe cozy, and the service excellent with helpful staff always ready to assist. They offered plenty of great tips for outings and helped us book activities. The kids loved the pool, and the surroundings were calm with little noise. The mattresses and pillows felt a bit firm, and it would have been nice to have a small tea kitchen and basic lunch prep equipment.
