The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, and the apartment’s overall cleanliness was very good. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and the coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that the room’s soundproofing against the common area wasn’t perfect, so we could hear other guests talking loudly, though the exterior soundproofing was excellent.

I booked four rooms for myself and relatives for a nearby wedding, and when one room had an issue they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. America was very kind, super helpful, and attentive. The rooms were spotless and brand new. The bed was especially comfortable, and the pillows were just as good. Highly recommended!
