The owner was very friendly, I could leave my backpack after check‑out and when I returned for it she let me shower.

Although the hotel's exterior was unimpressive, with a faded banner serving as the only sign, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and welcoming administrator. The hotel's proximity to a commercial center was also a plus. However, the hotel itself felt more like a laundry facility than a proper hotel, with a dark and smelly laundry room serving as the entrance. Thankfully, the room we stayed in was located on the second floor, making it easier to access.

Our stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, with spacious beds that were somewhat hidden behind a laundry facility. The staff was friendly and let us in every time we needed to enter. However, the ventilators in the room were quite loud and only worked at full blast, which wasn't very comfortable.

I was impressed by the hotel's convenient location, just a short walk from the island of Flores, and the warm hospitality of the hostess. Our room was spacious and exactly as depicted in the photos, with two double beds. For us, the hotel served as the perfect base for visiting Tikal, and we appreciated the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We were also glad to have read other reviews warning us about the laundry facility entrance, which didn't bother us in the end.
