The location is fantastic and the design of the structure and rooms is stunning. The breakfast space was small, the buffet wasn’t restocked properly, and kids kept raiding it. Understandable, since the resort is a kindergarten, it has more covered areas for children than for adults; that should be clarified.

My second time here I love the atmosphere and the kindness of the staff Unfortunately we experienced a very big inconvenience the night we checked in as there was a huge water leak from the air conditioning. The hotel manager the day after was very kind and showed much openness and availability to give us the most comfortable solution to make our stay amazing I will definitely come back. A bit more maintenance of the rooms is probably needed to keep the property fresh and new
