My husband and I were blown away by the outstanding service from all staff. Having stayed at the London Ritz before, this place felt like its modern counterpart. From check‑in to check‑out, there was nothing to fault. Breakfast was a feast with excellent quality and service. The rooms were state‑of‑the‑art and opulent. The sugar almonds on the reception desk were a delightful treat. The open rooftop was elegant; we dined there on San Lorenzo, 10 August, with live music and singing that felt like a movie scene on a white night, and guests even danced and sang. We’ll definitely return with friends soon. Thanks to the entire team at the Bra Hotel for making our stay magical. The only downside was that we had to leave the hotel.

Our flight was delayed 2 hrs, and when we landed the hotel sent a message offering food and champagne in the room because it was already close to midnight and the kitchen was closed—a pleasant surprise we enjoyed. The breakfast presentation was amazing, even featuring a pianist who created a fantastic atmosphere. Everything else was great.
