The décor was incredible, the room was large, the bathroom had everything needed, and the staff were attentive. Unfortunately, I was so exhausted that I didn’t visit the spa and only stayed one night.

Everything from the room to the staff was liked. The administrator understood our situation and fed us a tasty, hot dinner after a long drive, even though the kitchen was delayed; she had already taken care of our request. We were welcomed warmly, helped, and supported. Breakfasts were incredible! The child accidentally locked the door with a key, but everyone handled it without complaint. The rooms were clean, tidy, and cozy. I’ve never seen so much makeup in a hotel before. We will visit Odesa again and gladly stay at your hotel.
Everything was perfect, and the place kept growing with more satisfied guests.
