The TV was terrible, no real guide, and I had to write the channel numbers on paper because I couldn’t just type them in. When you have nothing else to do at night, this is a big problem.

We asked for an accessible room for my husband, who has a prosthetic leg, and the room was right across from the elevator with adequate bathroom bars, which was very helpful. The check‑in host also told us where to park for easy elevator access.
