“A lovely, welcoming place with great value for money and genuinely kind people who made our first Hanoi experience even”

We were very pleased with our stay. It was our first visit to Hanoi, and the friendly staff made us feel safe and welcomed throughout. The airport transfer cost exactly what was quoted, with no problems; we were picked up at the airport and dropped off at the hotel entrance. Our room faced away from the main street, so it was quiet, very clean, and the sheets and towels smelled like fresh flowers. The brand‑new air conditioning worked flawlessly, which mattered to me because I’m sensitive to room air quality. This hotel offers good value, though you shouldn’t expect luxury. The staff were also very helpful in arranging our trips to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay, always friendly, welcoming, and smiling. Thank you for everything; we truly appreciated your hospitality.

“Awful place.”

The location was fine. I was quoted $17 for an airport shuttle but was charged $40, and the room was overcharged. The place was terrible—mould in the bathroom, shabby, and the bed was the hardest I’ve ever slept on. I stayed only one of the four nights I booked, still paid for all four, and was also overcharged for the airport taxi.

“Couldn’t have been better. Staff above and beyond.”

The location is superb. The staff are 10/10, letting us check in early and storing our bags flexibly. The tours are very competitively priced, and every request we had was handled immediately. The rooms are clean, well‑priced, and the AC is perfect. Highly recommend.

The staff member Mr. Chum was incredibly helpful and the service felt top tier. Construction was happening nearby, so if you leave the hotel early in the morning for activities, the noise won’t bother you.
