The hotel had been remodeled, was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was yummy, but my sensitive ears were irritated by the slightly hard pillows.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

The staff were efficient and friendly, but the bed was as hard as a rock with no give, and the mattress was terrible. The room we were given had a bed bug or cockroach running across my pillow, which was disgusting. I wanted to leave the hotel entirely, but after speaking with the staff they moved us to a new room, though we received no compensation. I even killed the insect and showed them.
