The staff were very friendly, breakfasts were excellent, the trail was nearby, the neighborhood was calm, and a restaurant sat right next door. The only drawback was a slightly dirty fridge and a jacuzzi that didn’t work.

The room and bathroom were very clean, the location was good, and it was just by the Dolina Strączyka, about a 25‑minute walk to Krupówki. The silence was a big plus because the property isn’t on the main road but on a quiet street. Breakfasts were tasty with a decent selection, though not spectacular; regional products would be a nice addition. The coffee was very good. Ventilation in the bathroom could be improved.

The contact persons were extremely friendly. If we ever return to Zakopane, we’ll book there immediately. Walking to the town center takes 15–20 minutes.

The cottage was charming, located 20 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the national park. The staff were kind. It was well equipped, with a fridge and a tea corner. The blackout curtains were great and the windows were beautiful. It was disappointing that only one of the two saunas worked.

The building’s exterior looked cool with large timbers, and inside the rooms had curved beams. I’d say it’s great value for the experience and served well as our base for exploring the area. Some might find it too far from town; we didn’t expect to love downtown Zakopane so much, and if we were to redo it we’d probably prioritize a location within walking distance. Rideshare was cheap and we had a rental, so it worked fine for us, but it’s not ideal in hindsight. They didn’t have our two‑bedroom setup ready at first, but they fixed it quickly while we were out, so that’s more a positive than a negative. There were many dogs barking in the area, but with the window closed it was quiet.
