A személyzet csodálatos. A masszázsok kiválóak. A hely is kellemes. A Rock étterem 30 perc sétára van. A azt írta Kaefunk 1 perc sétára van. Elindultunk. Szénné égtem a napon, mert 2 óra gyalog. Reggelire furcsa volt a főtt étel

We enjoyed a great stay: the room was nice, the location beautiful, the food excellent, and the staff super friendly and helpful, so we’ll return. The pool had too much chlorine/chemicals for my taste, but it was still enjoyable, especially with goggles.

Nothing about the resort itself mattered; the nature isn’t theirs. The bathroom was dirty and outdated, and I’m convinced they don’t use proper cleaning products. The food was terrible, served in very small portions, and the restaurant area’s hygiene standards were questionable at best; food trays weren’t cleaned properly. On top of that, the receptionist demanded the city tax even though we’d already paid it. We asked for an invoice and fiscal receipt, but they kept postponing until we had to leave. Later, management claimed we couldn’t prove a double charge, which is absurd because they refused to provide the invoice initially. It was a scam, so beware. Afterwards, they’ll deny it happened. It’s a shame the scenery is beautiful, but that’s the only positive. The landscape isn’t theirs. Don’t waste money here; many better hotels in Zanzibar match this price.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the property was clean, yet my special request, clearly stated during booking, was never honored.
