The spot is spot‑on – right in the heart of the city and the breakfast spread was solid, especially the coffee.
The staff really made the stay pleasant – friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
The crew and the cleanliness are definitely the highlights here; they’re courteous and the rooms feel fresh.

“Hotel 3 estrellas, pero con detalles a considerar”
Being just two blocks from the Casino Plaza is a real plus, and the on‑site garage (though only ten spots) is handy if you get there early. The hotel feels a bit rundown for a three‑star: no hair dryer, no hot water on the first day, the central heating stayed on all day making the room swelter, and the breakfast room got crowded fast, forcing a line for a table. On checkout a long‑distance bus was parked in front, blocking the garage exit, and the receptionist seemed unsure how to deal with it.
“Muy recomendable pero se puede mejorar”
The crew and the cleanliness are definitely the highlights here; they’re courteous and the rooms feel fresh. There are a few niggles though: not enough power outlets, some doors don’t close properly, the fan is finicky, walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the buffet area isn’t set up for coffee or drinks, plus the juice isn’t natural. The parking system is a bit clunky – you have to call for the gate to open, and the pedestrian warning light doesn’t work.
“Lastima el agua”
The spot is spot‑on – right in the heart of the city and the breakfast spread was solid, especially the coffee. Unfortunately we were left without hot water from Thursday afternoon until midday Friday, and nobody from the front desk bothered to explain or apologise. It’s a shame the location can’t make up for that kind of service lapse.
The staff really made the stay pleasant – friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was tasty, especially the coffee, which was surprisingly good. Nothing really stood out as negative.
