The location is great—just 2 minutes from the city centre, yet the hotel itself blocks out all the city noise. Morning prayers take only 3 minutes. The hotel is small but very cozy and comfortable, with comfortable beds. The food is ordinary but tasty, and the watermelons are delicious.

The bed feels like it hasn't been changed in 100 years, the towels and linens are worn out, the food is not very good, everything feels old 🥴. Ugh, terrible.

The spa center was a highlight of our stay, with its extended hours from 10 to 19. We appreciated the hotel's efforts to keep things lively on New Year's Eve, but it was still a relatively relaxed atmosphere. However, our double room turned out to be a twin, with two separate beds that didn't quite fit together comfortably. The shower in our room was a disaster, with water temperature fluctuating wildly between scalding hot and icy cold. We ended up showering in the spa center instead.

We had an incredible time at this hotel, and it's all thanks to the fantastic staff and amenities. The spa, lobby bar, and food were all top-notch, and the hairdresser and kids' room were great perks. We were particularly impressed by the Russian-speaking receptionists, who went above and beyond to help us. The New Year's celebration was epic, and we highly recommend getting the all-inclusive package – you won't regret it.
