The room was very pretty, spacious and clean, but the property could offer better reception and services. During the day it felt empty. The savory breakfast selection was almost non‑existent, and the pool could be better maintained. We also asked for one towel and were charged for it (and it was expensive).

The spot is tucked away in a hazelnut grove, wonderful, a cascina that’s been renovated in an extraordinary way, furnished with tasteful antique pieces, the owner extremely kind, the room huge, well‑furnished, and the beds comfortable. The first breakfast was delightful, served on old tables with marvelous porcelain. We wanted to try the pool, but it rained and it wasn’t available; it’s not their fault, but we were left with that wish!
