The communication with the hotel is terrible; for 4 weeks I’ve been trying to contact them but they ignore me. I just want to receive the invoice. From a previous visit I already knew that the reception staff is not experienced or qualified enough to handle a simple request, yet sending an e‑mail should be simple enough.

The reception was excellent when we arrived that evening, and the same was true for breakfast, which was varied and delicious.
