The receptionist questioned the reservation amount, saying it was wrong, and was not friendly or helpful, not knowing that I booked via Booking. He didn't know the conditions and discount that apply when booking through the app. I paid via Pix before check‑in and arrived just for the check‑in and early check‑out.

The proximity to the airport was useful for a transit hotel. The attached restaurant offered reasonably priced food. Both the restaurant waitresses and the check‑in attendant were very helpful and attentive. The problem common to all hotels: lack of maintenance on small details. A sink that didn’t drain, no cheap plastic curtain in the bathroom to prevent flooding during shower, no hooks to hang clothes in the shower so we had to use the toilet lid, a paper holder in the bathroom. These insignificant items seem to heavily impact the financial planning of the stay. If you allow, I’d suggest every hotel had a small form where guests could note these observations. Simple solutions could improve convenience and comfort.

The location near Campo Grande airport and the fair price of the restaurant meals made it a good transit hotel for workers and travelers, offering good value. It isn’t suitable for couples, families, or tourists; the comfort level is basic, the bed is clean, the shower is good, and the food is reasonably priced—everything a pilgrim might want.
