The breakfast only included coffee and some biscuits. The location is good for the area but terrible because of the surrounding environment.

The mattress was comfortable. The air conditioner was pointed directly at the bed.

The spot near the main train station was perfect for us who were in Naples for a two‑day visit. The room was clean and had everything needed. Bedding was comfy. A plus: the rooms face a shared kitchen available to travelers. Breakfast was served in an adjacent street at a café that offers good pastries. Some reviews complain about the area being dirty or unsafe, but honestly, my 20‑year‑old daughter and I came back late at night and never felt unsafe! Just because the neighborhood is popular and multicultural doesn’t mean there are people on the sidewalk and litter everywhere that create danger. In Naples, life spills out at every corner; you’ll love it if you can ignore stereotypes! And don’t expect the same comforts of the 16th arrondissement of Paris for the lowest prices. In short, great value for money.

The room was fairly clean and the bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was spacious. Finding the room was easy because everything was explained in detail. Hot water was inconsistent. I wouldn’t recommend this place to families or solo travelers. Even though it’s close to the central station, the street itself feels sketchy and dirty.
