The spot is great on Seven Mile Beach, rooms are clean but the air feels musty; the building is old, beds and pillows are a bit uncomfortable, and the staff seems stretched thin.

The location is spot on, but the pricey cabanas are terrible—hidden behind a wall of umbrellas with poor sun protection—and the morning coffee was awful.

Breakfast was missing, but the spot was perfect, and overall I was pretty satisfied.

The beach is awesome, but the prices are a pain; the highlight was the grill buffet for 165 dollars with a beer and a bottle of water for two people, which was completely off.
