How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was perfect, the room was large, comfortable, and clean, and the TVs offered streaming; the king suite even has two living areas and TVs, but I would have preferred the option to cancel or change dates if needed.

It was close to the places I wanted to visit.

The location was good and it was convenient from LTL; nothing else to note.

Everything about the premises was fine, but checking in was a nightmare: the front desk couldn’t answer basic questions like “Why isn’t cash acceptable?” I tried to pay a $20.00 security fee with a twenty and was told it had to be charged; later at checkout I asked for a refund and was told it would be credited to my card, which I still haven’t seen. The next morning’s checkout was handled by incompetent staff who claimed my card was declined, then told me my Master Card didn’t pass credibility, even though I had already paid with my Visa and had no Master Card. I knew then that no money was leaving my wallet or card, and it was a real clown show. I doubt I’ll ever stay at another Fairfield again. – Robert E. Kovacs, D.C

Breakfast was really well done, presented nicely, fresh and tasty, and the staff were wonderful—great way to start the day, though the location is a bit far from landmarks.
