Honestly, I loved it; I just didn’t realize it was a guesthouse, but otherwise it was really spacious, you had your own area, it was beautiful, clean, and brand‑new. The downside was the lack of a toilet in my bathroom; I had to go to a neighboring unoccupied room, which I didn’t like about the guesthouse model—my partner’s booking mistake, but it turned out fine.

The design and layout were good. The heating was out of order, making the first night unbearable and leading to a viral infection.

Everything was fine, but we were very cold. The pellet stove read 18°, clearly insufficient (especially when it was snowing outside!). Thankfully the duvet was very warm, but the bed was still chilly. The room temperature was too low.
