From the moment we arrived, Val greeted us with a big smile and high spirits, showing us the hotel’s areas; the only downside was the shower that didn’t spray water strongly.

The chalets were spacious and comfortable, all brand‑new and very clean, the breakfast was well varied, and the staff were very attentive; nothing else to mention.

The lodge was delightful, everything was very clean and organized; we stayed only a short time but could feel the care the team shows guests, the towels and sheets were great, the breakfast was perfect, I must highlight Uncle Val’s service—he’s wonderful, very attentive and polite, and surprised us with a night by the fire, which was a very nice experience; I recommend it and plan to return.

Breakfast was excellent, the location was ideal, there were many options for those with restrictions or diets, and the pet area next door added extra convenience for pets and their owners.
